In this article, we review the nature of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, how it is diagnosed, its relationship with Vitamin B12 deficiency, Vitamin D deficiency, and magnesium deficiency, in addition to discussing newer supportive approaches such as Myers Cocktail and NAD+ therapy, among others.
